One of my favorite drinks growing up in California was Horcahta, and working with our Chefs over the past couple of years, I have learned how to make a pretty good one. I have tried to incorporate this recipe into both SOL and solita’s beverage programs in some way.
As soon as I tried, Los Sundays, I had to put it in some Horchata. The subtle coconut really is whats missing from and what makes the drink so good, instead of just putting some other tequila in our Horchata, Los Sundays seems to be made for it.
