Because Mimosas are so 2019. Serves 4…we don’t let good alcohol go to waste.

Prep Time:

3 oz Løs Sundays Blanco

1 oz triple sec

4 oz lime juice

1 tsp agave syrup

1 bottle of chilled champagne (to top off the glasses, always finish with fizz)

1/2 lime slice to garnish


  1. Use crushed ice to fill your Champagne flute
  2. Add blanco, lime juice, agave syrup and triple sec together to create your margarita base in a shaker.
  3. Shake and divide between your glasses.
  4. Top each glass with champagne... be careful with your pour
  5. Garnish with lime wheel
