Ingredients

1½ oz Los Sundays Reposado

2 oz 100% Apple Cider

2 oz Pear Juice

1 oz Cointreau

1 oz Lime Juice

Salt (for rim)

Ice

Cinnamon stick & pear quarter for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass.
  2. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of flaky sea salt.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker
  4. Add fresh ice & shake
  5. Strain into glass over fresh ice
  6. Garnish with a pear quarter, cinnamon stick & 1/2 rim of salt
