Fluffy Coconut Carajillo

We made it fluffy

Ingredients

1.5 oz Los Sundays Coconut Blanco

1.5 oz  Licor 43 Original 

1 shot espresso coffee

Ice cubes

For foam:

1 oz Licor 43 Original

1 shot espresso

4 dashes Orange bitters

 


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice, and set aside.
  2. Create foam in a separate glass by adding ingredients and fluffing with a hand held frother.
  3. Pour the foam into your final glass. Once foam has been poured, reshake cocktail and pour into the glass, foam will rise to the top.
  4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
