Frozen Coconut Tequila Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
2 cups mango frozen
4 oz Aperol
2 oz Prosecco
2 oz Club Soda
juice of half an orange
4 cups ice
Instructions
- Add Los Sundays Coconut Tequila, mango and Aperol to a blender and blend until mango is just pureed.
- Add prosecco, club soda, and orange juice to the blender. Blend till smooth.
- Add ice and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into coupe glass.
- Add orange slice and pineapple leaves for garnish
