2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila

2 cups mango frozen

4 oz Aperol

2 oz Prosecco

2 oz Club Soda

juice of half an orange

4 cups ice


  1. Add Los Sundays Coconut Tequila, mango and Aperol to a blender and blend until mango is just pureed.
  2. Add prosecco, club soda, and orange juice to the blender. Blend till smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend until smooth and thick.
  4. Pour into coupe glass.
  5. Add orange slice and pineapple leaves for garnish
