Ingredients

2 ounces Los Sundays Coconut Blanco Tequila

1 ounce Blue Curacao

1 ounce lime juice

2 oz coconut water

1 ounce butterfly pea syrup

Garnish with lychee ice ball



Instructions

  1. Prepare glass with heavy ice.
  2. Pour in butterfly pea syrup.
  3. In a shaker, combine the tequila, simple syrup, lime juice and coconut water. Pour over ice. Place the moon ice ball in the cocktail. and top with the butterfly pea flower syrup.
