The classic Paloma gets a hot upgrade

Prep Time:

4 minutes




2 oz Los Sundays Blanco

2 oz fresh grapefruit juice

1 tbs lime juice

2 tsp hot honey 

2 oz club soda 


  1. Pour all ingredients over ice in shaker
  2. Rim glass with hot honey then rim with Osmo Salt Grapefruit and Lime salt
  3. Place ice inside of serving glass
  4. Pour cocktail over ice
  5. Garnish with Grapefruit half wheel, dehydrated lime wheel
