Ingredients

2oz Los Sundays Blanco

1oz Tangerine Juice

.75oz Aperol

2 Dashes Habanero Tincture

4 Cucumber Coins

Instructions

  1. Shake and Double Strain into Old Fashioned Glass.
  2. Garnish with Cucumber Ribbon and Tajin.



How to make Habanero Tincture:


  1. Steep small package of dried habaneros in 1 cup of 80PF neutral grain spirit (like Tito's Vodka) in an air-tight container.
  2. Store in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks.
  3. To speed up the process use Everclear and steep for 2 weeks.
