Ingredients

2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Blanco Tequila

2 oz Soda Water

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves

¼ lime, sliced into thin wheels = Garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves. 
  2. Add the lime juice, syrup, and tequila and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. 
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Place ice into a glass, and strain in the drink. 
  5. Top off the glass with soda water. 
  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
