1 jalapeño pepper

1.5 oz Los Sundays Blanco

.75 oz Cointreau

1.5  oz passion fruit purée

.75 oz ounces lime juice

.25 oz  agave nectar


  1. Prepare your cocktail glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim of the glasses, then dipping the rims into tajin.
  2. Slice jalapeño into circles.
  3. Muddle in agave nectar with jalapeno coins
  4. Then fill shaker with ice, and add tequila, Cointreau, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  5. Shake well so that the outside of the shaker becomes quite cold, then strain into the prepared glasses.
  6. Place Passionfrui hollow into the glass pour blanco shot into the passionfruit hollow
  7. Enjoy!
