Ingredients
2 oz Los Sundays Jalapeño Blanco
4 oz POG juice
2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Passionfruit sorbet
Top with Tajin
Instructions
- Shake all liquid ingredients with ice,
- Add passionfruit sorbet to a tajin rimmed chilled glass.
- Pour double strained liquid over the sorbet.
- Top with more tajin.
