1.5 oz Los Sundays Coconut

0.25 can coconut cream (canned) or coconut milk (full fat)

1 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz agave

.5 oz  Cointreau

1.25-1.5 ounces strawberries hulled

Sugar rim



  1. Add coconut cream, tequila, lime juice, agave, Cointreau, and strawberries to a blender.
  2. Pulse until blended and smooth.
  3. To rim the glasses, wipe side of coupe glass with lime, and dip in sugar (half rim)
  4. Pour into glasses
  5. Garnish with lime and strawberry
