Ingredients

2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila

1 oz coffee liqueur

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz creamer of choice

ICE: equal parts

2 shots of espresso (in icecube form)

Regular ice

Instructions

  1. Prep ice overnight by adding espresso coffee into ice cube trays.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender (make sure you have equal balance of regular ice and espresso ice)
  3. Blend
  4. Pour into coupe glass
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans
  6. **add more regular ice if liquid isn't thick enough
