Ingredients
2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
1 oz coffee liqueur
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz creamer of choice
ICE: equal parts
2 shots of espresso (in icecube form)
Regular ice
Instructions
- Prep ice overnight by adding espresso coffee into ice cube trays.
- Add all ingredients to blender (make sure you have equal balance of regular ice and espresso ice)
- Blend
- Pour into coupe glass
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
- **add more regular ice if liquid isn't thick enough
