Ingredients
2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
2 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Cream of Coconut
4 ounces pineapple juice
2 – 3 cups of ice
Garnish – Shredded coconut & sugar for “snow”
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice
- Shake.
- Prepare coupe glass with mix of coconut and sugar for a “snow” rim
- Pour into glass, and rug up to enjoy!
