2 oz Løs Sundays Blanco Tequila

1 Barspoon 2% Greek Yogurt

1 oz Cucumber Juice (peeled)

.5 oz Green Apple Juice

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.75 oz Bay Leaf Agave (2:1)

1 Small Egg White

1 Dash Lactic Acid

1 Dash Citric Acid


  1. Starting with the egg white, add all ingredients to your shaker.
  2. Dry shake for 15 seconds to incorporate.
  3. Open shaker to add ice and shake again for another 30s.
  4. Double strain into your glass and garnish with Roasted Fennel/Lavender and Fennel Fronds.
