2 oz Løs Sundays Blanco Tequila
1 Barspoon 2% Greek Yogurt
1 oz Cucumber Juice (peeled)
.5 oz Green Apple Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Bay Leaf Agave (2:1)
1 Small Egg White
1 Dash Lactic Acid
1 Dash Citric Acid
- Starting with the egg white, add all ingredients to your shaker.
- Dry shake for 15 seconds to incorporate.
- Open shaker to add ice and shake again for another 30s.
- Double strain into your glass and garnish with Roasted Fennel/Lavender and Fennel Fronds.
