Pink Dragon

Ingredients

1.5 oz Los Sundays Blanco

2 oz Dragonfruit Puree

1 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Grand Marnier

.5 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker 1/2 way with ice. Add dragon fruit juice, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup (if desired).
  2. Using a lime wedge, to rim glass. Dip rim of glass in shallow bowl of salt sugar mix.
  3. Fill glass to top with ice and strain liquid from shaker into glass.
  4. Garnish with lime wheels
