Sweet peach and Coconut Tequila meet the tart Aperol & Grapefruit for a perfectly balanced take on the Paloma...beware the irresistable Aperol cream top!

2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Blanco

2 oz Peach Puree 

1 oz Aperol

.5 oz. fresh lime juice

2 oz Grapefruit Juice

Top with Aperol foam and dehydrated Grapefruit Wheel


  1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients and shake shake shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Add Aperol Cream
  5. Top with dehydrated Grapefruit Wheel

**For The Aperol Cream top, mix 2 parts Heavy whipping cream, 1 part Aperol. Mix with Milk foamer until thick and fluffy.
