Ingredients
2 oz Los Sundays Coconut Blanco
2 oz Peach Puree
1 oz Aperol
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Top with Aperol foam and dehydrated Grapefruit Wheel
Instructions
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all liquid ingredients and shake shake shake.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Add Aperol Cream
- Top with dehydrated Grapefruit Wheel
**For The Aperol Cream top, mix 2 parts Heavy whipping cream, 1 part Aperol. Mix with Milk foamer until thick and fluffy.
