2 oz. Los Sundays Blanco Jalapeño

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice (1 tablespoon)

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

4 oz Squirt (or grapefruit soda)

Garnish with mini pepper and grapefruit wheels.


  1. Add all liquid ingredients and and fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Shake well, until chilled, and strain into prepared highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top off with chilled grapefruit soda and garnish with mini peppers and grapefruit slices
