A sparkling hibiscus Paloma with attitude

Ingredients

1 oz Spiced Rum 

1 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila 

0.75 oz Cream of Coconut  

0.5 oz fresh ginger juice

0.75 oz passion fruit purée 

1 oz pineapple juice 

0.5 oz fresh lime juice 

Instructions

  1. Add all liquid ingredients and  fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Shake well, until chilled, and strain into prepared glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with pineapple leaves & dehydrated lime wheel.
