Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Los Sundays Jalapeño Blanco

3/4  oz Cointreau

2 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 teaspoon agave nectar or simple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or fresh watermelon wedge — and optionally, a thin jalapeño slice for extra kick.
