Ingredients

1.5 oz. Los Sunday Jalapeno Blanco

.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.25 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Cucumber Slices

Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon and Jalapeño Slice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. 
  2. Muddle cucumber/jalapeño. 
  3. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a small rocks glass. 
  4. Add fresh ice and garnish.
